Delivery

1. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours directly from our store in Chandigarh.
2. Enjoy free pan-India delivery on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below this threshold.
3. All shipments are dispatched via leading courier partners with real-time tracking links provided via SMS and email upon dispatch.
4. Tracking Link for your shipments will be automatically shared on your WhatsApp number once the orders are dispatched.

Returns

1. Items returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original packaging with all tags intact are eligible for exchange or store credit.
2. In the rare event of transit damage or receiving a wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video to initiate a hassle-free replacement.
3. Approved refunds or store credits are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
